Yes, very easily. Just create an account for yourself and then you can add sub-accounts for anyone that you are responsible for. For example an Executive Assistant can set up multiple profiles and book for whomever they are responsible for. Any manager can set up one profile for themselves and then easily add profiles for executives as and when required. 

Yes, we take credit card security very seriously. Our website is HTTPS - Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, the protocol over which data is sent between your browser and the website that you are connected to. The 'S' at the end of HTTPS stands for 'Secure'. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted. Yes - Data and passwords are encrypted including: first name, last name, email, password, phone - your Personally identifiable information (PII). Details on encryption methods used can be found here:

Our pricing is simple and transparent. Overtime past 10 hours service is charged at 10% of the executive day rate per hour overtime. For example, if you use the service for 11 hours and the executive day package rate is 500 USD, then the total cost for overtime would be $50 USD per hour and the total billable would be 550 USD. Please note that overtime is anything past the hour, for example if you use the service for 10 hours and 30 minutes you would be charged the full hour overtime, we do not calculate increments of less than one hour.  This overtime total (calculated at the end of your service) is then charged onto the CC on file, and an itemized receipt sent to you.

If you cancel prior to 5 days of your service start time we will hold your funds on account that you can then use for your next trip (within 6 months and subject to an admin fee of $99 USD). If you cancel within 5 days of your service start time the payment is forefeited and non-refundable.

Answer to A. If you have started using the service and your trip gets short any service booked will be non-refundable. Answer to B. If you need to amend your booking pre-arrival this can be done but there is a possibility of extra charges for any amendments.

A. The airport/hotel transfer price is strictly for a direct transfer. B. If you have special request that doesn't fit the 10 hour rate please contact us and we will try to assist. C. The Transfer price generally covers 2.5 hours from garage to garage and we will always do our best to be flexible. However, if there is a long delay over this time-period we retain the right to charge you per hour on a daily rate.

There are two primary standards used to rate armor – The NIJ and the EN standard. The NIJ (the U.S body) is considered the world leader for ballistic testing for armor, they perform a full range of tests and provide details of the results in their armor standards. These show the range of protection offered by the different pieces of armor tested, from low powered hand guns, up to armor piercing rifle rounds,. They provide 8 classifications of protection known as threat levels which are Class I, IIA, II, IIIA, III, IV, V & VI. In other regions, predominantly Europe they are typically rated as levels B1-B7 using the Standard EN1063 scale. Both scales are similar in how they rate protection. Armor is typically tested at ranges from 5 meters to 15 meters, depending upon the class/rating and weapon. The class most likely to be found utilized and available on LATAM armored vehicles for rent is Class NIJ IIIA/ and EN standard B4. This will defeat .44 Magnum rounds, 9mm, 12 gauge shotguns and lesser threats. Higher rated armor is available though always at a premium and is often dedicated to those at an increased level of risk. Class NIJ III/B5 is capable of defeating 7.62 rounds from a Kalishnikov rifle at 5 meters. The ratings then go up to counter significant caliber threats. At the B6/NIJ IV level and above the armor is designed to stop multiple 7.62 up to 30.06 AP (Armor Piercing) and Penetrator rounds and are also resistant to explosions. Yes very secure - no credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.

 

Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.) For more information, you can visit Stripe's security policy right here!

That is correct. We hold the cost temporarily, while we double check and confirm that we can provide exactly what you want. Then when we confirm (within 24 hours) - we let you know and then take payment. 

We will let you know immediately and most likely we have another solution, or something similar that we can offer. For example if you ordered an Armored SUV Toyota Prado, but we only have a Land Cruiser, we will let you know, confirm you are ok with that and then confirm the booking amending any price accordingly. 

Every driver undergoes strict vetting that across the board that includes multiple personal and professional reference checks. Each country then has its own limitations. Wherever possible ETS will carry out a full criminal record check, though certain countries where legalities do not allow, or no-capability exists sometime mean that is not possible. All drivers have their licensing thoroughly inspected and In-country training varies by location but most have in-country advance training, or drivers stem from the police and military. Prior to any shift the drivers carry out a pre-determined multi-point safety check.

The maximum number of passengers per vehicle in any SUV or Sedan is 3 (2 in the back and 1 in the front passenger seat. Remember that if you choose a CPO, then they will occupy one of these available seats. Point to note: In Nigeria a CPO is always included in the vehicle and will occupy the front passenger seat, therefore only two passenger seats will be available in any one vehicle

No, there are complex and varying rules throughout the world on who can be armed and when. ExecSecure ensure that all location specific laws are followed meticulously. In certain Countries a CPO may not be able to be armed but there are other options. For example in Nigeria it is illegal for private CPOs to be armed. We therefore utilize the services of Police officers in a support vehicle.

This depends on the location and we provide best practice methodology advice in our Location specific Risk Overviews. Yes you can. If you already have vehicles and just need good CPO's and/or drivers then we can very easily facilitate this. Just do the exact same booking process and click CPO only.
