Terms and Conditions

Day rate is 10 hours. Anytime thereafter is 10% of the daily rate. All overtime will be billed automatically onto the credit card used for your booking.

Transfer is Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport only. A maximum of 3 hours is included. Any last minute delays are charged per hour at 10% of the daily rate

The Driver is included in the cost of the vehicle

Parking fees (if applicable) are not included in the daily rate and are billed on completion of the service

If you cancel prior to 5 days of your service start time we will hold your funds on account that you can then use for your next trip (within 6 months and subject to an admin fee of $99 USD). If you cancel within 5 days of your service start time the payment is forefeited and non-refundable.

Payments made via credit card will have a 2.9% handling fee

ETS will send (within 48hrs of arrival) a document-detailing meet and greet options, vehicle and personnel details

All costs shown cover movement within the city center limits. Any travel exterior to this may be subject to extra costs and accommodation / subsistence cost for personnel
